Hollywood star likely behind Hawaii oceanfront estate purchase
A well-known figure has purchased an oceanfront estate on the Hawaiian Island of Kauai’s North Shore for $8.9 million, Shimogawa Scoops has learned. A Los Angeles business manager, whose clientele includes such Hollywood stars such as Dwayne Johnson, Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, Kate Beckinsale and basketball legend Magic Johnson, is behind the company that purchased the 1,786-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom mansion that occupies a 2.5-acre parcel of land. The purchase marks yet another real estate purchase on Kauai’s North Shore by a notable person. The long list of celebrities includes Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Oakley and Chuck Norris. Howard Altman, who is consistently on the list of the top 25 business managers in Hollywood, recently formed Chardy North Shore LLC for the Haena property, which was listed at $10.9 million by Hawaii Life.
