Hall of Fame Quarterback Scores Another Hawaii Property

Terry Bradshaw, a Hall of Fame quarterback turned television superstar, continues to score Hawaii real estate properties with another recent purchase of a luxury home on three acres of land on the Big Island, according to public records.

The four-time Super Bowl champion with the National Football League’s Pittsburgh Steelers purchased the 2,576-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bedroom home on the northwestern side of the Big Island in Waimea last month for $1.85 million. The property has a total assessed value of $873,700.

The Fox NFL Sunday television analyst has been throwing around Big Island properties during the last several years including a 12-acre estate and another property in the Waimea area.

Bradshaw, who has a “bigger than life” persona, has carved out quite a career after his football playing days, including starring in films and TV shows including one last year on the TV network E! called “The Bradshaw Bunch” about he and his family.
